General post-event cleaning is included. Excessive cleaning requirements may incur additional charges.

BEERA is ideally suited for events of 40–60 guests. While the space can physically accommodate more, we have intentionally capped our capacity at 60 guests to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone and maintain appropriate venue facilities.

• Eight beautifully styled 8-seater dining tables and up to 40 Americana folding chairs (will be arranged as per requirement) Host must outsourced additional chairs required. You can choose from our vendor recommended list.

• Our 12 hours hire will include tables and chairs, and bar package will include the glassware.

Absolutely. You're welcome to bring your preferred caterer, grazing stylist, food truck, or food vendor. (food trucks needs to have their own power supply) While we do not currently have kitchen facilities available on-site, we are happy to recommend some of our favourite local catering partners if you're looking for inspiration.

Yes! Beera provides a Sony ULT 900AC sound system with built-in party lighting, two Sony wireless microphones, and a guitar input—perfect for private events, karaoke, speeches and announcements. The system is available to hire for $100 per booking.

• Our venue closes at 12:00am (midnight).

• To ensure guests have sufficient time to finish their evening and depart comfortably:

• Music must conclude by 11:30pm

• Bar service concludes by 11:30pm

• All guests must vacate the venue by 12:00am

Yes, children are welcome at BEERA

For their safety and comfort, all children must remain under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian at all times while on the premises.

Yes. BEERA includes three dedicated parking bays directly in front of the venue.

Additional free street parking is available along Rudloc Road, and nearby shopping centre parking is also within easy walking distance.

Please note that Parking Bay 1 is designated as our smoking area during events.

Standard bump-in access begins from 12:00pm on the day of your event.

Bump-out is typically required immediately following your event; however, access times may vary depending on bookings scheduled before or after your event.

Need additional setup time or would prefer collection the following day? We're happy to discuss extended access options, subject to availability and additional hire fees.

Yes. Depending on your event requirements and bar package, your booking may include:

Our team is there to ensure your event runs smoothly from arrival through to pack-down, allowing you to focus on enjoying the occasion.

Yes, standard cleaning is included in your venue hire fee.

We simply ask that you:

• Remove all personal belongings at the conclusion of your event

• Dispose of rubbish in the bins provided

• Ensure external catering items, grazing tables, and vendor materials are removed from the venue

Additional cleaning fees may apply where excessive cleaning is required, including food waste left behind, damage caused by spills, or cigarette butts disposed of outside the designated smoking area.

Booking with BEERA is simple:

We'll provide pricing and availability.

Pay a 50% booking fee to secure your booking.

The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event.

Once your booking fee has been received, your date is officially reserved.

We understand that plans can change.

Your booking fee (which is 50% of total amount) is non-refundable; however, where possible, we will work with you to reschedule your event, subject to venue availability.
